The Rossford Historical Society's mission is to collect, archive, and preserve Rossford's rich history and make it available to the public.
We are scanning every photograph we can get our hands on, repairing them, and cataloguing them. Once that is done, they are put online and are available to the Public Domain.
We are accepting donations of all types of photos and historical artifacts. They will be stored safely and put on display at our museum space located inside the old Ford Building, thanks to the incredibly generous Industrial Power Systems, who is headquartered there.
One of our core goals is to educate the community about our shared history. We are fortunate to not only have the written materials to do this, but our veteran members lived the history they share with the public.
We have a massive collection of photos and documents, many of which haven't been seen by the public in our lifetime. We are working hard to make them available to the public.
We are always connecting with the community to help educate our residents, and to network with them. This allows us to achieve our goals, and acquire more materials to preserve and share with the public.
